How to Start a Club

To start a girls flag football club in your high school, you must recruit at least 7 student members, find a faculty advisor & submit charter paperwork including a club application, constitution & signed parent permission slips to the main office or administration 20 days after school starts. 

  • Optional Constitution: The Utah High School Girls Flag Football Association (UHSGFA) provides girls the opportunity to play organized flag football while building teamwork, confidence, and leadership. The club’s goals are to grow participation, promote sportsmanship, and strengthen school spirit through practices, games, and playoffs. UHSGFA will promote unity by rallying students and families to support teams, encourage citizenship through respect and accountability, and offer service by mentoring younger athletes and helping with school and community events.

  • Application & Parent Permission Slip: To start or renew a student club at Murray High School you must obtain the physical packet directly from the school administration, as Murray City School District does not host these specific applications as open public downloads online.

  • Application & Parent Permission Slip: To start or renew a student club at Park City High School in the Park City School District, students need to obtain direct approval, a faculty advisor, and specific charter application paperwork through the school's main office or student government/activities coordinators.

The club’s goals are to grow participation, promote sportsmanship, and strengthen school spirit through practices, games, and playoffs. UHSGFA will promote unity by rallying students and families to support teams, encourage citizenship through respect and accountability, and offer service by mentoring younger athletes and helping with school and community events.
  • Application & Parent Permission Slip: To start or renew a student club at Provo High School you must obtain the physical packet directly from the school administration.

The club’s goals are to grow participation, promote sportsmanship, and strengthen school spirit through practices, games, and playoffs. UHSGFA will promote unity by rallying students and families to support teams, encourage citizenship through respect and accountability, and offer service by mentoring younger athletes and helping with school and community events.
  • Application & Parent Permission Slip: The exact physical or digital Student Club Application Form must be obtained directly from your school's Student Services, Counseling Office, or Administration Department, as these specific application packets are managed internally by individual schools.
