How to Start a Club
To start a girls flag football club in your high school, you must recruit at least 7 student members, find a faculty advisor & submit charter paperwork including a club application, constitution & signed parent permission slips to the main office or administration 20 days after school starts.
- Optional Constitution: The Utah High School Girls Flag Football Association (UHSGFA) provides girls the opportunity to play organized flag football while building teamwork, confidence, and leadership. The club’s goals are to grow participation, promote sportsmanship, and strengthen school spirit through practices, games, and playoffs. UHSGFA will promote unity by rallying students and families to support teams, encourage citizenship through respect and accountability, and offer service by mentoring younger athletes and helping with school and community events.
