Practices begin the week of August 11th.

Registration closes September 8th.

Games begin the week of September 15th.

Season ends the week of November 3rd.

Teams will be formed based on either the number of girls registered according to school proximities or by coaches who create a team. Teams will be formed all along the Wasatch Front.

UHSGFA is currently working with various schools along the Wasatch Front to host games on the high school football fields.  More details will be provided as them become available.

It is recommended to wear football or soccer cleats, mouth guards are required, and soft shell headgear is optional. Teams will be using an Intermediate size 7 football.
