Coaching a youth sports team can be a tremendously rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to help young players learn the game of flag football in a fun and safe atmosphere. 

No prior coaching experience necessary - as a UHSGFA coach, you will be given all the resources and support you need to help you succeed.

Coaches must satisfy all UHSGFA obligations, which include:

1. Pass a mandatory background check
2. Complete the Concussion Certification
3. Complete the Coaching Code of Conduct
4. Be able to attend all practices and games for the season
