Qualified coaching is vital for the development of the sport. Investing in training programs for coaches and providing opportunities for professional development can elevate the quality of coaching and enhance the overall experience for the players.

Awareness & Promotion

Raising awareness about girls flag football through school events and community outreach can attract new participants and supporters. Promotion of the activity on the school level will help engage the right individuals. The pathway towards becoming a sanctioned sport in the state of Utah requires the establishment of club teams at the high school level.
